Shipping Policy

Free Ground Shipping:

• Free Ground Shipping is only available for selected products and within US 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska and Guam are not available for this free ground shipping offer.

Shipping Schedule:

• Regular Order shipping: We will ship your order out within 3-7 business days after we receive your order. 
• Rush Order shipping: Your order will be shipped out within the specified time. This offer might not be available due to our stock shortage sometimes, we will notify you if we can't make it on time and waive off the rush order charge.
• The rush order shipping is available from Monday through Friday and for UPS domestic (USA) shipping only. National holidays will be excluded.
• All orders placed after 12:00PM(PST) will be counted as the next business day.
• We will notify you if we cannot make it on time.
• We will email you the tracking number after it is shipped or you can call us at (909) 396 9140 for your tracking number.
• We reserve the rights to cancel this policy at any time.

Shipping Charge:

• We are using UPS as our normal carrier. Military PO Box will be shipped by US Priority Mail. International orders can be shipped by US Mail (USPS) or UPS.

• The shipping charge is based on the Weight/Value of your order and the method of shipping. 
   
• You can get the shipping cost by adding the product to the shopping basket and a shipping calculator will show up on the page, select your Country/state/zip code to get the shipping cost.

• Our shopping cart system will give you the choice of UPS Ground, 3 days select, 2nd day air, Next day air after you have finished your shopping. And it will give you the shipping cost before you put in your private information. Just press the "ADD TO CART" button, the screen will change to the cart contents, and you will see a "Estimate shipping cost" link shown up underneath the cart contents, just click the link and type in your Country, State and Zip Code to get the shipping cost.

• We cannot refund the shipping if UPS did not deliver on time, even UPS provide a refund policy on their next day, 2nd day and 3 days.

International Shipping:

• We currently only ship to Canada via UPS Standard (5-10 days).

  The actual delivery time may be different by locations, please check it at http://www.ups.com for correct time frame by your location. Please note that the UPS will charge you Entry Preparation Fee, you can check the fee schedule at

• All the International Customers need to pay your local VAT or Duty Tax by yourselves, the fee will be collected by the shipping company when the package is arrived. We do not charge any tax here. For details, you need to check with your local post office or UPS store or your local Custom Department.
• If you are located outside of the US and Canada, you can use a shipping forwarder based in the US. We will ship your order to their US address, and they will handle the shipping to your location. Please select your shipping forwarder carefully, as they are responsible for the shipment from the US to you. Our responsibility is limited to the shipment between RJTECH and your chosen forwarder.
