Terms and Conditions

·         All our parts are OEM package unless it is specified as retail package.

·         All sales are final. Price and availability subject to change without notice.

·         There is 5%($10 minimum) handling fee if the buyer cancel his (her) order before his (her) order is shipped out.

·         All the International Customers (Countries other than USA) need to pay your local VAT or Duty Tax by yourselves, the fee will be collected by the shipping company when the package is arrived. We do not charge any tax here. For details, you need to check with your local post office or UPS store or your local Custom Department.

·         DOA Policy: If the system is defective during the first 15 days after your purchase (start from the invoice date), we will issue a Call Tag to pick up the system at our cost. A repaired or replaced system will be sent back to customer after the DOA unit is received. *For overseas customers (outside of USA), they are required to pay both way shipping.

·         All returns might be charged 15% restocking fee ($10 minimum). Please check our warranty information

·         Refund Policy:  Within 15 days started from the invoice date (it should be the same as shipping date), if for any reason the buyer is requesting for a refund, we will charge the buyer 15% restocking fee, even it is DOA. No refund after 15 days.

·         The parts that marked "No Return" or " Non-refundable" can not be returned for refund or exchange for something else. Please be sure to check the compatibility before you purchase it.

·         We are not responsible for any mistype in our website. The specifications might be different than Manufacturer's. Please contact us if you have any questions before you purchase it.

·         All returns must be in good condition. We will not accept physically damaged/burned products.

·         All the return products should be shipped to us freight prepaid and insured using the original box and packing materials (or equivalent). Customer has to pay the shipping back to us even if it is DOA(dead on arrival). *For overseas customers (outside of USA ), they are required to pay the shipping back to them also.

·         Any opened or activated software, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

·         No returns are to be accepted without prior authorized RMA number. Please call for a RMA number before you return anything.

·         Merchandise must be returned within 15 days after RMA number is issued.

·         Trademarks and registered trademarks are of their respective companies.
