Shipping Policy:

Free Ground Shipping:

• Free Ground Shipping is only available for selected products and within US 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska and Guam are not available for this free ground shipping offer.

Shipping Schedule:

• Regular Order shipping: We will ship your order out within 3-5 business days after we receive your order. International orders will be shipped within 5 business days.

• Rush Order shipping: Your order will be shipped out within the specified time period (2-3 business days). This offer might not be available due to our stock shortage sometimes, we will notify you if we can't make it on time and waive off the rush order charge.

• The rush order shipping is available from Monday through Friday and for UPS domestic (USA) shipping only. National holidays will be excluded.

• All orders placed after 11:00AM(PCT) will be counted as the next business day.

• We will notify you if we can not make it on time.

• We will email you the tracking number if you order by email or you can call us at (909) 396 9140 for your tracking number after your order is shipped.

• We reserve the rights to cancel this policy at any time.

Shipping Charge:

• We are using UPS as our normal carrier. Military PO Box will be shipped by US Priority Mail. International orders can be shipped by US Mail (USPS) or UPS.

• The shipping charge is based on the Weight/Value of your order and the method of shipping. 

• Our shopping cart system will give you the choice of UPS Ground, 3 days select, 2nd day air, Next day air, Priority Mail (Military address only) and Express Mail or UPS Worldwide (International order only) after you have finished your shopping. And it will give you the shipping cost before you put in your private information. Just press the "ADD TO CART" button, the screen will change to the cart contents, and you will see a "Estimate shipping cost" link shown up underneath the cart contents, just click the link and type in your Country, State and Zip Code to get the shipping cost.

• We can not refund the shipping if UPS did not deliver on time, even UPS provide a refund policy on their next day, 2nd day and 3 days.
• UPS next day will be delivered before 3:00PM residential and 4:30PM commercial address, it is the same as UPS Next Day Air Saver.  
• International and Military address orders: The shipping cost may be different than our estimated charge in our shopping cart system. We will email you the accurate shipping cost if there is any difference.
